Mid-American Glazing Systems (MAGS) is delighted to have played a significant role in the construction of the Ascentra Credit Union Home Office in Bettendorf, Iowa. This project, encompassing a new 40,205 square-foot, four-story corporate headquarters, is a testament to our expertise in delivering high-quality glazing solutions for commercial office buildings.

Our involvement in the project included providing advanced glazing for the building’s extensive use of glass in its open office floor plan, separate offices, conference rooms, and a community room, as well as a branch on the first floor. These installations not only enhance the aesthetic appeal of the building but also contribute to its functionality by fostering a bright, energy-efficient environment conducive to productivity and well-being.

The design and construction of the Ascentra Credit Union headquarters were managed by Russell, who provided comprehensive program management services. MAGS worked in close collaboration with Russell and Ascentra to ensure that every aspect of the glazing work aligned with the overall project goals, including project definition, programming, and real estate disposition.

The new headquarters not only serves as a modern workspace for Ascentra’s employees but also stands as a prominent structure in Bettendorf, showcasing MAGS’s commitment to excellence in the glazing industry.
